VPAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Users may close their accounts at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

VPAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
